Business/Principal Exchange

Each year, the goal is to create an exchange experience where principals could gain insights into the business world, while business owners and leaders could better understand the challenges and needs of the education sector.

Through this program, both parties had the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships and explore ways to collaborate for the benefit of students and the community as a whole. It was a valuable initiative that aimed to bridge the gap between education and business in Marana.

This program happens twice a year. In the summer the Principal goes to the business and in the Winter the Business Owner/Leader goes into the school.
